I would love to see a zippered compartment on the back panel that you could slide your phone and our passport type thing in. I don’t love the zippered adjustable water bottle compartment. I think you could get the same features without the zipper and don’t see myself using. The slip pocket for the phone on the back is nice in a pinch, but I don’t know how secure it is. For the price I just think the little side pocket that you could access that would be protective might be a nice feature.

I have the medium size and small, small is perfect for everyday as a purse especially as a mom! Medium is perfect for the plane, it fit a water bottle, all my purse items and a change of clothes!

Really disappointed in strap quality

I really wanted to like this backpack after loving my shoulder bag, but it was a huge miss. The backpack straps really need additional padding, especially if it's going to offer a laptop sleeve and compete with other laptop backpacks on the market (at this price point!!!). They immediately feel cheap and unsupportive out of the packaging, so I wouldn't even want to try hauling work gear on a commute. I was additionally surprised they don't use the lovely mesh that is on the back of the sling bags on the back of the backpack to prevent back sweat. Finally, while I love the waterproof material in theory, it really gives a backpack an odd structure.

Great Travel Backpack

I purchased the large Quilted Black backpack for some upcoming trips. I needed a larger backpack than my current backpack and I wanted a trolley sleeve and light interior. This backpack checks all the boxes for me. The size is nice to have, the straps are comfortable for carrying over periods of time and the quilted fabric just elevates it more. Nice organization with plenty of zipper and slip pockets throughout. The zipper water bottle pocket can accommodate many sizes of bottles. Definitely would recommend.
