How do I clean my bag?

All of our bags are machine washable!  Wash on cold and machine dry for 10-20 minutes.

Will my phone fit in the phone slip pocket?

Most phones, yes! It fits phones smaller than 4"W x 7"H.

What size laptop fits?

It fits laptops with displays smaller than 14.5".  The separate padded tech sleeve is 11"W x 15"H.

Will this make a good diaper bag?

Absolutely! It is machine washable with a water resistant, easy-wipe lining.  It has soooo many pockets and compartments for the little baby things, and the water bottle pocket is adjustable to cinch a bottle or sippy cup! 

What size water bottle will fit?

The pocket is 4.5"W x 7"H, and it can be adjusted to a smaller width.  We recommend water bottles with a diameter of 3.5" or smaller for a good fit.

What are the pockets like?

There are soooo many pockets!  There is a: phone slip pocket (4"W x 7"H), water bottle pocket (4.5"W x 7" H), zippered front pocket (5.5"W x 4"H) with two open air mesh interior pockets, zippered interior mesh pocket (8"W x 5"H), interior open portfolio pocket (11"W x 10"H), and separate zippered padded tech sleeve (11"W x 15"H).

How wide is the trolley sleeve?

11"W x 4.5"H.

Are the straps comfy?

So comfy. We added extra air cushioning so they feel padded and comfortable.

Love my backpack using for diaper bag

I am in love with my new backpack! When Canvelle released the black on black earlier this year, I instantly snagged a camera purse. Almost daily, someone compliments the bag! Plus I adore the purse, especially the black on black check and I told myself when it was released again I'd get the backpack. I was thrilled to see it was coming back this fall.

The backpack was officially used today for the first time and my love for it has grown. I appreciate the details of the bag's construction, specifically having a separate laptop pocket/zipper and the matte gold hardware. I know it will hold up well based on how my purse looks today after months of (almost) daily use. Huge shout out to you and the Canvelle team for the incredible products you're releasing!

I love everything about the backpack. It’s the perfect size to tote around toddler/baby necessities along with my things. I wanted something a little easier to carry than a tote bag when I’m doing quick errands that don’t require a fully packed diaper bag, and this works perfect! I have it in black leopard and sand, and I feel that both colors work great in rotation throughout the seasons of the year.

Perfect size and features!

I bought the limited release black checkered backpack for travel and recently used it on a trip to Europe. It’s the perfect size for under the seat on an airplane because it leaves room for your feet but can hold everything (organized) that you would want at easy reach during a long flight. I was able to fit all my tech AirPods Max (bulky), Nintendo Switch, iPad, Kindle, tech pouch, portable hand fan, snacks, makeup bag, and other miscellaneous things with still room to spare. For size reference, the bag is similar to the standard Fjallraven Kanken bag but this backpack has elevated style and superior organization features. The water bottle pocket was perfect and I actually love that it zips because I had a slimmer bottle but zipped the pocket and it was extra secure. I really like the mesh zip pocket at the top of the large inner section because it’s the perfect spot for quick grab items like wipes, sanitizer, chapstick, etc. Customer Service Rep Katy is phenomenal and friendly and answered questions I had very promptly. I’ve ordered many other items already from Canvelle and I’m obsessed with everything.
