How do I clean my bag?

All of our bags are machine washable! Wash on cold, and machine dry for 10-20 minutes.

What is the length of the drop strap?

It is an 11.5" drop strap! Perfect as a shoulder bag but easy to hold with your hand or in the crook of your elbow

Are there any interior pockets?

Of course! Interior pockets include a zippered air mesh pocket (8"H x 10"W) with two open pockets (each 6"H x 5"W) and a padded phone slip pocket (6.5"H x 4.5"W). There's also an elastic key clip!

Will my phone fit in the padded phone slip pocket?

Most phones, yes! If your phone is smaller than 4.5"W x 6.5"H, it will fit!

Will my laptop fit in it?

Most laptops, yes! The Carryall Tote is 13" H x 18.5" W, so even big laptops will fit!

Is the bottom of the bag sturdy?

Our bags are made from poly fiber canvas so while they have a soft shape and are lightweight, the reinforced base, performance fabric and thoughtful design elements give them great structure

How does it compare in size to your other bags?

The Carryall Tote at 22 L capacity is most comparable in size to the 23 L capacity Medium Weekender and the 17 L Medium Crossbody Tote.

Does it fully close?

It is an open tote with a magnet closure, so it does close but not fully - you will have easy access in and out.

Can I add a crossbody strap?

No - there are no D-rings to add a Crossbody Strap on the Carryall Tote.
