Frequently Asked Questions

How do I clean my Bag?

Remove the strap, open all zippers, wash on cold and machine dry for 10-20 minutes. For stubborn stains, use a color safe stain remover and wash on warm.

Are there any interior pockets?

Yes! There are two mesh pockets in the main pocket for both sizes, and two open mesh pockets in the front zippered pocket.

Does the Crescent Bag fit XL+ sizes?

Our strap is adjustable -- fitting up to size XXL.

Will the phone slip pocket fit my phone?

Yes - the phone slip pocket on the back of the bag sizes fit most phones!

Great bag but

I really like the bag, very comfy, roomy and easy to wash. The only downside is a kind of hard to zip smaller compartment, it feels like zipper is getting stuck and need to force it to close completely.

Finally!!

Love, love, love this bag!! It has room for everything! It's light weight. Even with ALL my stuff in it. It's a great big size but feels small. I don't feel like I'm carrying a suitcase and I love the simple design. I was worried that there wasn't an interior zip pocket but the outside pocket makes up for it. I would love to know how they made such a sleek design that still holds everything. My only wish is that the cell phone pocket had a zipper. Every time my purse falls over, my phone falls out.

Great! Almost perfect!

I’ve been using this for a couple months no, both as a daily bag as well as on two summer trips. Mom of two (elementary and preschool age). It’s a great size. Never feels too cavernous but can hold a lot when I’ve needed it. The only comments I have are (1) I would love an interior zip pocket (solved with using a separate pouch in the bag but I feel like that interior zip pocket is so standard I was surprised to not have it). (2) I feel the phone slip pocket it is too small. I have the smaller sized iPhone and sometimes have difficulty getting it in and out. I am skeptical if/how larger phones would actually fit, especially when the bag is more packed. Overall though, it’s great and I love it!!!

Almost perfect—it’s too big, need to make an extra size or 2

This bag is wonderful. High quality, practical, and I especially love the strap, but it’s way too big. I can’t use this everyday. I’ll need to use it for day trips or circumstances where I need to carry more. I think if you made the crescent style in med and small options, it would be fabulous.
