Frequently Asked Questions

How do I clean my Bag?

Remove the strap, open all zippers, wash on cold and machine dry for 10-20 minutes. For stubborn stains, use a color safe stain remover and wash on warm.

Are there any interior pockets?

Yes! There are two mesh pockets in the main pocket for both sizes, and two open mesh pockets in the front zippered pocket.

Does the Crescent Bag fit XL+ sizes?

Our strap is adjustable -- fitting up to size XXL.

Will the phone slip pocket fit my phone?

Yes - the phone slip pocket on the back of the bag sizes fit most phones!

Love it!

Perfect! It’s what I’ve been looking for. My only suggestion would be to have a larger zipper pull or an attached pull tab.

I love my new Canvelle bag. Perfect size and has plenty of pockets inside and out! The strap is adjustable so i can adjust it to
make it a crossbody or shorten the strap to have directly under my armpit if i want it securely next to me! I’ve carried a fairly large book in it along with my Apple 10 phone, wallet and other necessities that i carry on a daily basis. If it gets a spot on it I’ve been able to use a damp paper towel and get it off…..but of course, I’m not
talking about grease or anythinh like thin. I
do try to be careful with my purses 😊. Would i buy this Bag again? Most definitely, its a great size bag, excellent quality, great
organizational qualities, straps are adjustable and the price is excellent 🥰

This is my new fave style!

I have SO many other styles from Canvelle, and this is hands-down my new favorite! The pockets, design, and quality are all what we love and expect from Canvelle, but the style itself is so cute and the perfect size for lots of items! PLEASE make in more colors!!
