How do I clean my Bag?

Remove the strap, open all zippers, wash on cold and machine dry for 10-20 minutes. For stubborn stains, use a color safe stain remover and wash on warm.

Are there any interior pockets?

Yes! There are two mesh pockets in the main pocket for both sizes, and two open mesh pockets in the front zippered pocket.

Does the Crossbody Bag fit XL+ sizes?

Our strap is adjustable -- fitting up to size XXL.

Will the back pocket fit my phone?

Finally Found

I have Multiple Sclerosis and need a cane for walking. I need to be hands free and have been searching for a comfortable crossbody purse. I have tried so many, including slings, etc. Bought and returned numerous products. Searching on Facebook, I came across the Canvelle advertisement and searched-decided to try the City Crossbody Bag. It is superbly made. The strap is so comfortable and well made. I am of short stature and this strap is thicker and stays in place. I bought the large and it fits most everything I need. Having chronic health challenges I can only downsize so much. I ask that maybe the large could be made a few inches larger. It also is the perfect weight for me. Thank you! The company is interested in pleasing their customers and communicates from start to finish and beyond.

I LOVE this bag so much!! I am a mom of 2 (3 and 4.5) so I don’t need a diaper bag anymore. The medium flat pouch fits perfectly as well as my kindle paperwhite, cardholder, and lots of stuff in the pockets. Highly recommend!

Skeptical at first but now I am a believer.

I wanted to try one of these bags for a long time but the medium size was too small for my daily use. Also, being plus size, strap length is a concern for me. Then here came the large size bag and I bought the black with black hardware and I love it!! It’s got a nice long strap that is cushy without being bulky. The bag is lightweight and so cute. I’m really hoping they will done some different darker colors, cuz I want another one.
