Frequently Asked Questions

How do I clean my bag?

All of our bags are machine washable! Wash on cold, and machine dry for 10-20 minutes.

Are there any interior pockets?

Yes. In the main compartment, there is one mesh pockets 5.5"H x 6.5"W each. In the front zippered pocket, there is one open mesh pocket 4.5" H x 6.5" W.

Will the back pocket fit my phone?

Most phones, yes! The rear phone pocket has a 6.5" zipper opening and measures 6.5"H x 12"W.

Does the City Sling Bag fit plus sizes?

Yes! Our strap is adjustable, fitting up to size XXL and measures 28"-54" (not including the bag)

Super cute

Looks just as expected. I do wish there were two zippers for the compartments. I love that you can switch which side of the purse the strap goes on but then when I pull it around front to open the pockets it opens on the wrong side and all my stuff starts to fall out every time. 😞
