Frequently Asked Questions

How do I clean my bag?

All of our bags are machine washable! Remove the strap from your Crossbody Bag, wash on cold, and machine dry for 10-20 minutes.

Are there any interior pockets?

Yes. In the main compartment, there are two mesh pockets 4" H x 4.25" W each on the Medium and 3.5" H x 4.25" W each on the Small. In the front zippered pocket, there are two open mesh pockets 3" H x 4.25" W on both sizes.

Will the back pocket fit my phone?

Most phones, yes! The rear phone pocket on the Original has a 7" zipper opening and measures 6"H x 8.5"W.

How long is the Crossbody Strap?

Both our Small and Medium Crossbody Bags come with our extra-long crossbody strap, which measure 57" clip to clip.
